What´s the role?

Coordinate and support the day to day activities of Liberty Cable homes passed database. Responsible for the accuracy of all data being entered into the house file.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Effective planning, reporting, coordination, communication, and implementation of all workflow and projects.
  • First line of support for all Homes passed related problems.
  • Liaison between Engineering and all departments within the organization for home passed related issues and questions.
  • Coordinates and audits all daily billing reports for the addition, change and deletion of homes passed data.
  • Run Macro’s, and queries to update the homes passed files along with any required reporting needs.
  • Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions may be assigned.

Job Competencies:

Education and/or Experience:

Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent job experience required.

Two years’ experience with the CSG Cable Billing platform is helpful.

Other Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of reading Cable System design maps and experience with different design software packages.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team oriented, high demand and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to efficiently deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to work efficiently in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
  • Effective analytical skills used to identify and resolve day-to-day operation and employee relations problems.
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Should be able to relate to all levels of management.
  • Self-starter and fast learner also a requirement.
